HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
By following our easy to use 4 stage checkout system you can order online. We accept major payment methods such as: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & PayPal. Alternatively you can place an order over the phone with our sales team.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
An order can only be cancelled and fully refunded if it hasn’t been despatched. If your order has already left us unfortunately you would be charged to cancel.
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Yes as soon as payment has been made you will receive an order confirmation , this will be attached with a invoice.
HOW DO I KNOW IF IVE ORDERED THE RIGHT AMOUNT?
By entering the desired areas measurements into our online gravel calculator this allows your to check your ordering the correct amount. , alternatively you can call our sales team on 07501848088
CAN YOU PRICE MATCH?
Although we provide the most competitive prices around, if you provide us with a genuine quotation we will do everything we can to match.
2. Questions about delivery
DO I NEED TO BE IN WHEN YOU DELIVERY?
No you do not need to be at the property to accept the delivery. To help ensure we deliver the goods to the requested location please leave us with some delivery notes at checkout.
DO YOU DELIVER TO MY AREA?
We are currently only delivering through-out the north east of England, please use our online postal code checker to see if your within our delivery zone.
Can you give me an ETA on my delivery?
Yes we can give an eta for your delivery. We confirm this via a text message the evening before the agreed delivery day. You will either be given an (am) or (pm) time slot.
Can I collect from you?
Yes, you can collect from our premises.
By selecting the ‘click and collect’ option at checkout, Please pay for all orders online before arrival, once on site present your order number to our staff in reception, return to your car and our yard staff will bring your order to you, whilst in the building please remember to wear a mask.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Between 8am & 8pm on the day of delivery.
WHAT IF I HAVE ACCESS RESTRICTONS?
If there are any concerns regarding restrictions you can speak to a member of our Sales Team beforehand who can take a look at this and offer advice. Where access for an 18 tonne lorry is not possible, please advise us before your delivery date of this and we can request a smaller vehicle
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We calculate delivery costs based on your delivery postcode, allowing us to provide you with the lowest possible delivery rate to your area.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANT DELIVER?
If we are unable to deliver, the customer will be notified by telephone or email as soon as possible.
When do you deliver?
Our standard delivery is Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm excluding Bank Holidays.
Will everything be delivered on the same day if I order multiple items?
If you order multiple products your order may arrive on multiple consignments. We endeavour to ensure that all products ordered are delivered on the same day but the time of arrival may be different.
When will I receive my order?
We currently only offer our standard 3-7 working day delivery service, we aim to deliver all orders within this timescale.
3. Questions about returns and refunds
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Due to not liking the product, ordering over the amount needed or a change of mind there will be a £50 charge per dumpy bag to return the goods. However, If you are wanting to return your goods due to any damages or shortages you have 48 hours to make us aware, and 14 days to return the goods.
CAN I RETURN MY USED BULK BAGS?
Yes, we can either collect next time we are in the area/ deliver, or you can send to our registered address
DO YOU REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
Unfortunately we do not refund the delivery charge, and an additional £50 is charged as this is the cost of a pallet collection.

Enjoy your Free local delivery. Please note All orders are delivered by a Haib /crane vehicle . The delivery vehicles are either a small drop-side van or 18 tonne truck.
